Four addresses, each going somewhere different.
A single contact form that routes everything to the same inbox is a way of looking available without being reachable. These are separated because the people who answer them are different.
Sales and demos
hello@audonomics.comBring a rough description of your audience and what you have sold before. A useful demo runs against numbers that resemble yours rather than ours.
Support
support@audonomics.comIf something is wrong with a live experience — inventory, payments, check-in — say so in the subject line and it goes to the front of the queue.
Security disclosure
security@audonomics.comReport a vulnerability here rather than in public. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it; we will confirm receipt and keep you updated until it is closed.
Data protection
privacy@audonomics.comAccess, correction, deletion and portability requests for personal data, from a person or on behalf of a workspace acting as controller.
Two things that will save a round trip.
- If it concerns a specific order or experience, include the reference — the short code on the order, or the experience name. It is the fastest way to the right record.
- If you are asking whether Audonomics can do something, say what you have sold before and to roughly how many people. How it works covers most of the capability questions.
Email is deliberately the only channel. A chat widget that is unattended most of the day is worse than an address with a real reply behind it.
